The Challenges

Kaldan approached us at a very early stage, as a newly built seaside property without an established brand identity or market presence. Beyond being a resort by the sea, it needed a distinctive name, identity, and positioning that could capture its grandeur and elevate it into a memorable luxury destination.

The Approach

We built the brand entirely from scratch — beginning with the name, logo, and visual identity, and shaping a narrative that reflected the property’s architectural grandeur and coastal setting. This led to the defining concept of “A Palace by the Sea.” From brand strategy and storytelling to website design, digital marketing, content, influencer collaborations, SEO, and integrated branding across online and offline touchpoints, every element was carefully crafted to create a cohesive luxury experience.
